DEEP MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissues. We commonly get adhesions that add to tension and restrict mobility in the soft tissue and joints. It aims to relieve chronic pain, tension, and stiffness by applying firm pressure and slow holding strokes. Massage pressure varies from medium to firm.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Pillows are used to comfortably position the mother on the table in a side-lying position. This massage session will be tailored to the specific needs of the client in either the prenatal or postnatal state. Prenatal massage is focused on relieving the discomforts of the mother’s changing body and to aid in relaxation. Pressure can vary from light to firm based on the clients comfort. Great for helping with shoulder, hip, low back pain, and swelling in hands/feet/lower legs common in most pregnancies.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation totally unique to hot stone massage. The combination of gentle pressure from the hot basalt river stones, the massage oil conducting the heat and the accompanying massage, has the effect of wiping out tension. Making you feel like you're walking on air.

 Jade stones are also an incorporated in a few of the smaller areas. Smaller areas would be arms, legs, and neck area. . Jade can promote healing and energetic vitality in the body.

COUPLES MASSAGE

Performed in a serene setting, a couples massage encourages unity, connection and collective calm. Ease stress and unwind as two therapists perform side-by-side massages in the same room to help the two of you relax and enjoy your treatments together. Sessions can be of different types to suit both clients needs and will be addressed during interview.

PFLUGERVILLE FOUR HANDED MASSAGE

 Four hands (two massage therapist) melt away your muscle aches and worries for a truly relaxing experience. Each therapist starts on opposing areas for the allotted time. They then switch areas until every area is worked on twice. A one hour session is like receiving two hours of massage and a 90 minute is equivalent to a 3 hour massage. A truly restorative treatment.

Head, Neck and Upper Back Treatment 

Sometimes we just need some extra attention on this important area. Hot towel compression to start loosen the area. Then the application of techniques to help relax the upper back, shoulders, neck and head.

Face Massage

This face massage treatment is to focus on all tension in all areas of the face. The forehead, scalp, brow bones, cheek bones, jaw from ear to chin and everything in between. This is a firmer application of techniques applied to the face. This helps reduces puffiness and inflammation in the face and promote blood flow to the tissue.

Gua Sha

In Gua Sha, a technician scrapes your skin with short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow. They make these strokes with a smooth-edged instrument known as a gua massage tool. The technician applies massage oil to your skin, and then uses the tool to repeatedly scrape your skin in a downward motion.

Face Only 30 minutes $50

Feet Refresher 

Give thanks to those wonderful feet that carry you everywhere. This 30 minute foot focused treatment includes a mix of Dead Sea Salt, Himalayan salt, and essential oils to exfoliate. All while steamy towels soothe aches of the feet and lower legs. Followed by reflexology massage to the feet with a moisturizing treatment.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to many minutes to create suction on the connective tissue/fascia. People recieve this for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation/well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.

Reiki

During a reiki therapy session, you lie on a massage table, fully dressed, while a practitioner places their palms on or just over areas of your body that are thought to be zones for energy. The reiki practitioner positions their hands in up to 15 ways. They decide how long to leave their palms in each spot based on the flow of energy that they perceive you’re feeling through their hands at that given spot.

Chakra Therapy

Chakra therapy, also known as chakra balancing, is a treatment that aims to improve health by balancing the body's energy centers, or chakras. The word "chakra" comes from Sanskrit and means "wheel" or "disc".

CHAIR MASSAGE

A chair massage addresses the shoulders, neck, and upper back. Chair massage takes place in a specially designed chair for you to feel supported and comfortable. Clothing is not meant to be removed to receive a chair massage for a quick application of massage therapy.
